In 2018 on the Bulgarian interior design scene appeared a new player determined to make a name for creating harmonious interiors that can fluctuate between elegant minimalism and the lavishness of bolder solutions
Led by Elena Yaneva, as its creator and creative director, today Studio One is firmly on the watchlist of anyone interested in modern interior design in Bulgaria, and can be found in the contacts of many happy customers.
Studio One also won its first round of awards, a sign of recognition from the local and international community and a promise for further achievements. This year, the studio's project for a house JC21 won the bronze medal at the international ADC Awards.
JC21 is a project for a family detached house that emanates the feeling of gentle timelessness. Studio One translated the house's cubic exterior into the interior as well, while balancing the shapes' inherent rigidity with softer forms and fine texture. The design's main goal was to create an interior that emanates an atmosphere of warmth and impeccable comfort. The tranquillity of the lines is entwined with details that create the feel of individuality and timelessness. The interior tells a story of balance in one's personal and family life.
The project also won the Dibla Design Award in 2022 in the House of the Year category.
