What will the business needs be for the future generation of managers and professionals in leadership positions?
Ivan Georgiev: We are entering dynamic years in which the integration of AI will play a key role in processes, digitalization, and the changes unfolding in various ways. Тhis will exert a strong influence on businesses globally. In this transitional moment where changes are occurring on multiple levels, it is crucial to identify the individuals leading these dynamics and processes, as they propel their teams and companies forward. Numerous factors contribute to the demand for individuals with strategic thinking, adaptability, and leadership qualities. This is why I believe that U Grow Academy is emerging at the exact opportune moment.
Evgeni Borisov: The labor market, not only in our country but globally, is highly demanding, and the professionals who stand out are complex figures with strongly expressed personal qualities, highly qualified, and with a broad set of competencies and skills. What are the main programs at U Grow Academy, and what sets the training methodology apart?
Dilyana Dragomirova: The programs we have started with are our 'Team Leader' and 'Operations Manager' trainings. These are key roles that lay the solid foundations for the development of both the individual performing the leadership function and the entire organization, fostering growth and adaptability in times of change. The programs are open to both end individuals and companies and have no equivalent in the market. They provide comprehensive preparation for a specific role, covering all necessary soft and practical skills. The training is highly interactive, following the latest methodologies, and emphasizes practical case studies, role-plays, and discussions. We work with small groups to ensure effectiveness and personal attention to each participant. Each training concludes with an individual coaching session for the participant, outlining a subsequent development plan. Our team is a mix of facilitators who have trained over 1,500 managers over the years and experts holding leadership positions in leading technology companies.

What other training products does the academy offer?
Dilyana Dragomirova: We also develop short training formats and workshops on challenging topics. As an example, in December we did two workshops on Leading Difficult Conversations and Giving and Receiving Feedback. We also offer personalized solutions at a company level in the form of comprehensive or modular programs for management, leadership, soft, and digital skills.
We are also developing programs for integrating new technologies into organizations – such as using Chat GPT in a corporate environment in a secure and effective manner.
Which of your products are companies interested in?
Dilyana Dragomirova: Undoubtedly, businesses understand the importance of providing a broad range of opportunities for the development and enhancement of the professional skills of their employees. Interest is directed towards both our open management programs and specific products, including: Process Management and Optimization, Change Management Program, Leading Through Generations Program, Team Coaching, and last but not least – the specialized Pro.Play® workshops, which only we can offer on the market.
What's in store for the upcoming year?
Dilyana Dragomirova: 2024 will kick off with the third edition of our Team Leader program, starting mid-February. Registrations are currently open on our website, and we are delighted to see significant interest in it, as all participants from previous editions of the program recommend it to their colleagues, friends, and HR departments in the companies where they work. We also plan to offer several short courses and workshops focused on strategic thinking and goal setting for the new year. Gradually, we will announce additional products to significantly expand our portfolio.

Dilyana Dragomirova: Building upon our knowledge and skills, while developing and refining our personal qualities, is undoubtedly the greatest investment that can help us move forward.
