What does it mean to live in balance today, in our fast-paced, stressful and challenging times?

For me, balance is not this perfect state that you reach and then desperately try to hold on to. Balance is more like a dance – with chaos, with change, with yourself. It's the ability to fall, to pause, to change your rhythm and even your direction. In a world where everything pulls us towards "more, faster, better," balance is an act of rebellion: choosing less, slower and more meaningful.

Living in balance today means being able to say "no" when everyone expects you to say "yes", and most importantly, it means allowing yourself not to be perfect.

Living in balance today doesn't mean walking a tightrope with your teeth clenched and your eyes fixed on some point of perfection. It means learning to dance with chaos. The world is no longer a "tidy garden" – it is a wild jungle of information, emotions, expectations and speed. Balance is not a static state, it's a dynamic ability to fall, to rise, to let go, to stop when you need to. Sometimes real balance is admitting you're off balance – and being OK with it.

How can you help us find balance in our lives – and learn how to maintain it?

My role isn't to offer ready-made solutions, but to ask the kind of questions that open up space. Balance doesn't come from the outside – it happens when a person starts to hear their inner voice again, the one that's been drowned out by the noise of everyday life. Sometimes I just ask, "How are you – really?" And in that pause something begins to shift.

I help people to see what is really theirs and what is imposed on them. To unlearn the need to constantly prove themselves. And to begin to make space for themselves – a vital act of care and presence.

How can we prevent burnout?

Burnout doesn't come suddenly. It starts as a whisper that we ignore – until it becomes a scream. Preventing it starts with honesty – admitting that you are not an infinite resource. Letting go of the idea that your worth is measured by your productivity. True prevention lies in building a life that doesn't require you to give up on yourself.

And when you're there – in that place of exhaustion and emptiness – the first step is to stop. Just stop and breathe. That's the beginning of returning to yourself. Then – slowly – begin to nourish yourself from within: with silence, meaningful connections, small pleasures. The body knows. The soul knows. Just listen.

This has inspired me to create a series of journals that encourage awareness, personal clarity and deep inner connection. They don't offer ready-made answers – they help you find your own. They are your quiet ally in the hustle and bustle of everyday life – a little pause to reconnect with yourself.

Какво означава да живеем в баланс днес, в нашите динамични и изпълнени със стрес и предизвикателства времена?

За мен балансът не е онова съвършено състояние, което достигаш и после ревниво се опитваш да задържиш. Балансът е по-скоро танц — с хаоса, с промените, със себе си. Това е способността да паднеш, да се спреш, да смениш темпото и когато трябва – дори посоката. В свят, в който всичко ни тегли към "повече, по-бързо, по-добре", балансът е бунт: да избереш по-малкото, по-бавното и по-смисленото. Да живееш в баланс днес означава да можеш да кажеш "не", дори когато всички очакват  да чуят "да". И най-вече – да си позволиш да не си съвършен.

Да живеем в баланс днес не значи да вървим по тънко въже със стиснати зъби и очи вперени в точката на съвършенство. Означава да свикнем да танцуваме с хаоса. Светът вече не е "подредена градина", а дива джунгла от информация, емоции, очаквания и скорости. Балансът не е статично състояние, а динамична способност – да падаш, да ставаш, да не се вкопчваш, да можеш да спреш. Понякога истинският баланс е в това да признаеш, че си извън баланс – и да си окей с това.

Как можете да ни помогнете да открием баланса в живота си – и да се научим да го поддържаме?

Моята роля не е да давам рецепти, а да задавам въпроси, които отварят пространства. Балансът не идва отвън, а се случва, когато човек започне да чува вътрешния си глас, заглушен от шума на ежедневието. Понякога просто питам: "Как си всъщност?" – и в тази пауза започва промяна. Помагам на хората да разпознават какво е тяхно и какво им е натрапено. Да се отучат от нуждата да се доказват постоянно. И да се научат да правят място за себе си – един важен акт на грижа и присъствие.

Как да предотвратим бърнаута?

Бърнаутът не се появява изведнъж. Той е шепот, който пренебрегваме, докато не стане вик. Предотвратяването му започва с честност – да признаеш, че не си безкраен ресурс. Да се откажеш от идеята, че стойността ти се измерва с производителността ти. Истинската превенция е в създаването на живот, който не изисква от теб да избягваш себе си.

А когато вече си там, в онова място на изтощение и празнота – първото нещо е: спри. Просто спри и дишай. Това е началото на завръщането. И след това – бавно – започни да се храниш отвътре: с тишина, смислени връзки, малки удоволствия. Тялото знае. Душата знае. Просто ги чуй.

Именно това ме вдъхнови да създам поредица от дневници, които насърчават осъзнатост, лична яснота и дълбока вътрешна връзка. Те не дават готови отговори, а ти помагат да намериш своите собствени. Те са твоят тих съюзник в забързаното ежедневие – малка пауза, в която се срещаш със себе си.
