How did the company develop in the past couple of years?
Violeta Milusheva: Our main goal is sustainable development in order to guarantee high quality of the services that we offer to our clients. All of our associates share our vision of trust, honesty, and responsibility towards our clients. Thanks to our innovative ideas, we restructured our PROPERTY MANAGEMENT department, led by our colleague Stanimir Lichkov, who has worked with us for the past 5 years. We also created a new Technical department.
What does the PROPERTY MANAGEMENT department do?
Stanimir Lichkov: In the past couple of years we have witnessed an increased demand for quality rental properties. Aside from our standard services for real estate rentals, we significantly expanded our activities in mid-term rentals from 3 to 6 months. Currently, there is a high-demand for such properties and clients have difficulties finding something that fits their needs.
What type of clients seek you for property rentals?
SL: We work mainly with foreign clients who often are remote workers and love travelling and changing locations every few months. There are also inquiries from university students who visit Bulgaria for a semester or for an internship that lasts a couple of months. Thanks to the high standards of work that we have established in offering complex services, we signed contracts with international companies to accommodate their employees in Bulgaria.
What is the core activity of your Technical department?
Neli Nikolova: The Technical department maintains the properties managed by Bulgarimmo and performs core repair and overhaul activities for our clients. These services are key for the clients because they provide them with a complete package – from selecting properties to managing overhauls with fixed rates and deadlines, ensuring optimal property management.
What is the added value for the client?
VM: With these services we create an end-product that is a quality property of significantly higher value. This gives the client a choice: to sell their renovated property for top profit or to rent it with a high return rate. These services are fully offered and realised by Bulgarimmo's technical and design teams. With this we guarantee quality, trust, and excellent profits for our clients.
What are the priorities for Bulgarimmo's further development?
VM: Our goal is to nurture a team that quickly adapts to clients' unique needs with services beyond standard offerings. We want our colleagues to acknowledge our corporate philosophy for personal and individual approach towards each client, which is a trademark of Bulgarimmo.
