In her last roles, she led teams of Business Process Consultants who are truly the differentiator in driving customer value, of Quality Assurance Engineers, and of Process Managers for different global companies. Presales solutioning sparked her interest in both ServiceNow capabilities, but also in utilizing best practices and proven frameworks to realize customer transformation objectives. Now part of the Business Development Team at Inetum Bulgaria, she collaborates with clients across sectors – from Fortune 500 giants in IT, Finance, and Manufacturing to key Government organizations. What drives her every day? The challenge of turning complex needs into real value – and the excitement of helping customers unlock their full potential.

You have been a Business Development Manager at Inetum for a year now. What was the biggest challenge you had to deal with in this position?

I'd say it was "be careful what you wish for" situation. I think it was harder on my husband to get used to me being away a lot more often compared to before. Other than that, it's been such a steep learning curve as customer needs and timelines vary so much. Being able to go fast for a customer, or slow down for another, is something I needed to learn in this past year.

And your biggest success?

Meeting very knowledgeable people and feeling like my input makes a difference. I actually enjoy the tempo and intensity of the work, along with the challenging learning path. If I had to pinpoint one specific accomplishment, it would be looking at the challenges from a customer perspective with all of its complexities, assumptions, and potential.

What is the most exciting thing for you about working in IT today?

There are two things that stand out. On one hand it's the pace of change and growth of the IT solutions themselves – things like AI, automation and efficiency gains are all very exciting because they're all so tangible, we see customers benefit from all! On the other hand, I really enjoy the environment, how smart and at the same time humane the people are. I'm really lucky to be part of the IT industry.

What attracted you to working at Inetum?

I was very much interested in ServiceNow as a platform, as well as in the consultancy line of work. I believe this is also our differentiator – we help customers realize their business potential by helping them unlock insights so that they can make informed decisions to achieve growth, efficiency, maturity, etc. While the technical aspects are important, it's the business outcomes that truly matter – they remain the core purpose behind our line of work.
