Bridal Gallery is not just a place to buy a beautiful wedding or formal dress. It is an experience. Could you describe the customer journey in the boutique – from the first steps inside to the final touches on the dresses and accessories?

For me, the Bridal Gallery is a place where dreams come true. My goal is for every bride who walks through the doors of the boutique to feel special, to be listened to and to receive the understanding and attention she needs. From the very first moment, we immerse ourselves in a conversation about her wedding vision – her dress, the feeling she wants to convey, the style, the fabric and the subtle accents. Once we have found the perfect dress, the next step is bespoke tailoring. 

I focus on every detail – alterations, personalisation with handmade elements or adding a unique touch that makes the dress truly hers. My wish is for the bride to leave here with absolute, unwavering confidence and excitement for her wedding day. This is the magic of Bridal Gallery.

What is the principle behind the selection of the gowns you show in the boutique?

I believe that every bride deserves to find a gown that uncompromisingly reflects her essence. That is why I curate collections that combine modern aesthetics with timeless classics. I keep a close eye on global trends, but above all I listen to my clients – they are my inspiration and my driving force. My quest for a distinctive and recognisable style for the brand has also led me to create my own authentic and bold collection.

What is the next step in the development of Bridal Gallery?

The next step is a natural continuation of my journey in the industry – Bridal Project Studio. This is an agency that specialises in creating bespoke and captivating decorations and embellishments that add a unique character to any special occasion or celebration. We have combined my passion for perfection and the elegance of bridal fashion with my husband's unconventional vision and boundless creativity to create worlds where dreams come true.

I believe the magic is in the details – in the golden glow of candlelight, in the handcrafted embellishments that tell stories, in the colours that don't just decorate a room, but fill it with soul. We complete the circle of our family business to offer a full range of services – from concept and design to the complete realisation of each event.

Which of your leadership qualities have helped you build a distinctive brand – and continue to develop it?

For me, success is built on passion, perseverance and the ability to see beyond the obvious. My most valuable leadership qualities are determination and a relentless drive for growth. I believe that the trust I cultivate in both my clients and my team is a key factor. I strive to lead by example, inspire with new ideas and motivate those around me. Flexibility and the ability to adapt to new trends are also key.
