Could you tell us a little bit about your journey into architecture?

The outstanding qualities of wood
When Dobromir Mashev returned to Bulgaria in 2023, he was not just coming back to his homeland, but to a country rich in breathtaking nature, deep-rooted traditions, and a cultural heritage closely tied to the natural world. However, he saw a troubling paradox: while Bulgaria's landscapes and traditions celebrate nature, modern construction practices were increasingly disregarding it. The appreciation for natural materials had diminished, replaced by synthetic alternatives that harm both people and the environment. This imbalance called for a change.
