Why did you decide to offer prefabricated houses? Who are they best for?

Prefabricated houses are becoming increasingly popular among young families and people who have lived abroad in similar homes. According to the general notion, a house must be monolithic. However, prefabricated houses have many advantages – along with some minor drawbacks, which we explain to each client before starting the design process.

ISPDD is an architectural practice committed to meeting all client requirements. Therefore, our solutions use a variety of prefabricated construction methods – metal frame structures, thin-walled metal structures, timber frame structures, log-house timber constructions, SIP panel timber structures, straw houses, and more. The cost of this type of construction, when executed with high quality, is comparable to that of monolithic houses, but the living comfort is often higher. Of course, prefabricated houses have their unique characteristics, but we are confident that we will be increasingly working with more clients on such projects in the future.
