The company focuses on three core directions: its own projects, construction of residential and infrastructure projects for other investors, and exterior reconstruction and overhaul. The outstanding quality of Imoti Inn projects is the reason why its founder, engineer Mina Georgieva, has won a number of prestigious awards – Builder of Year 2019, Misis Business 2020, Business Lady of the Year 2022 and 2023, and Brand of the Year 2024.
What are the most outstanding projects realised by Imoti Inn for almost ten years on the market?
Some of our significant projects include the construction of Hyatt Hotel in Sofia, the headquarters of Nova TV, Zheleznitsa tunnel on Struma highway, Lagera Tulip, and our own development Vitosha Inn in Sofia's Boyana neighbourhood. It is a boutique building with 15 apartments and nine offices. However, since 2016 we have created a lot more.

Which are the most interesting current projects of Imoti Inn?
After the successful finish of Vitosha Inn, in 2025 we are focusing on two developments of our own.
8 SENSE consists of eight attached houses, each with a yard and two parking spaces. The project is in Krastova Vada neighbourhood by Paradise Mall, and stands out with a vista towards the Vitosha, proximity to a metro station, and distinctive cosiness and tranquility.
Our second project is a gated community of five houses, two of which are twins, in Gorni Bogrov. Each house will have a garage and its own yard. The advantage of this project is the quick access to Sofia, with just a seven minutes' drive, the clean air and the wonderful vistas to the Stara Planina and Vitosha mountains.
