As a company with significant experience and many clients, can you single out the most popular trends in garden design today?
Modern clients want to optimise the processes, save resources and protect the environment. People also have significant interest in growing their own quality food.
As a result, clients are often interested in plants that need less care and water. They prefer decoration and furnishing of sustainable materials such as stone, clay and others. Intelligent systems for management of the watering and lighting are also in high demand. People who want to produce their own food are interested in raised beds where they can grow vegetables in an urban environment. Another trend are the hidden places where one can enjoy seclusion and quiet.
What should we know about garden maintenance?
Our clients are our best partners, because they spot any changes in their gardens on time and keep us informed on their condition. The professional execution of all maintenance activities and the personal engagement of our gardeners' team are also crucial for having a beautiful and healthy garden.
What is the most memorable garden created by BodeLand?
Just like first love, for me the most memorable garden we have created will always be the first one. It was in Pasarel village. We made a garden equipped with a watering system for a new, modern house. On an area of 450 sq m we created just a fresh grass carpet, plus two flowerbeds of petunias on both sides of the path. The watering was from a famed brand of garden equipment, as the client demanded. The system has worked impeccably for 12 years now.
