WHAT WILL HAPPEN DURING HOLIDAY & SPA INTERNATIONAL FAIR 2023?
Between 15 and 17 February the fair will present new destinations, innovative services and technologies
The 39th edition of the Holiday & Spa International Fair will bring together industry representatives from 15 countries at Inter Expo Center - Sofia. During the event they will show new destinations, innovative technologies and services. During special discussions, experts and professionals will seek the answers to old and new questions regarding the realities of modern tourism in Bulgaria.
The Cause of Quality Journalism in covering tourism-related topics and its role for the branding of Bulgaria as a tourist destination will be the topic of one of the discussions. The participants will talk about the power of the media, and the new ways for branding and image building.
The 1001 Reasons To Work in Tourism discussion is organised by the Association of the Bulgarian Tour Operators and Tour Agents and will seek ways to restore trust in the industry as a place for professional growth.
The discussion about the role of theme parks, festivals and culture events as a resource for tourism development will gather representatives of signature sites and organisers of culture events. We will also learn which are the new technological solutions and communication channels that will reshape the market in the next couple of years.
Vita Rama will present the first vegan hotel in Bulgaria, and visitors from the Maldives will share more about the sunny side of life.
Bulgarian municipalities are back with attractive shows. Veliko Tarnovo's stand will bring you back to the Second Bulgarian Kingdom. Velingrad is presenting its rich spa experience while wine tourism is the focus of Plovdiv Municipality's stand. The Bulgarian Association of Wine Professionals will present a tour in five emblematic Bulgarian wine regions.
Established Greek destinations will be presented in a new light as places for experiences, wine and gastronomy .
An event organised by Bulgaria's Tourism Ministry will seek the answer whether green tourism in Bulgaria is possible, why tourist destinations have to create recognisable brands and how to do it, and how successful branding can increase the interest in any destination.
