Why do you base your coaching approach on the transformational philosophy of Peter Sage and the training of Noble Manhattan, a leading coaching academy?

Мy decision to learn from Peter Sage and become a Master Trainer of his was not a coincidence. His approach integrates principles from psychology, neuroscience and business thinking and is based on the belief that lasting personal transformation begins with profound self-awareness and conscious creation of new mental and behavioral patterns. It also empowers clear decision-making in high-pressure situations which is a valuable asset in today's fast-paced corporate environment.

Noble Manhattan provided me with a solid foundation in coaching skills – active listening, powerful questioning, building sessions appropriately, demonstrating professional ethics and coaching expertise – which are especially important in corporate settings. My coaching diploma from Noble Manhattan allowed me to become a member of the International Coaching Federation which further expanded my coaching skills.

Is there a clear formula for reaching our new, confident self?

In coaching, we don't believe in "one-size-fits-all" formulas. Every person is unique – with their own context, story, beliefs, and challenges. What I do offer is a structured approach and framework that guides each participant on their personal journey – at their own individual pace, using their own individual inner resources.

In a business context, confidence is often mistaken for dominance, perfectionism, or control. But the true confidence is coming from within, it is rooted in self-awareness, in knowing your values, your boundaries, and how you take decisions. It's not a performance for others, it is a stable internal state.

With my clients, we are working on identifying and removing internal blockages – such as fear of failure, need for external validation, self-doubt and replacing them with the power of the individual internal compass. This gives them clarity, strength and power in times of pressure, uncertainty and conflicts.

What is the most important thing you teach or pass on to the participants in your programs?

The most important message is that confidence is a skill that can be developed. It is not something we were born with. It is an internal state built from within, through clarity, alignement, and authenticity.

In the business world, this means showing up with presence and calm, even when you don't have all the answers. It means being able to express your position and leading not through control, but through clarity and connection, without fear of confrontation.

I teach people to trust themselves, to navigate their emotions with wisdom, and to lead through truthful connection. This builds resilient, self-aware leaders who inspire others by example.
