As a business and life coach Silvia has specialised in direct work with her clients for improving their business communication and soft skills. These skills are directly connected with their professional and personal success, their business results and their relationships with other people.
Why do corporate teams need to master confident communication?
We, people, learn throughout our lives and acquire new knowledge on a daily basis on a personal, academical or business level. The skill to communicate is one of the crucial things a person can master. Just like we can learn a foreign language, we can learn to artfully communicate with confidence – from the elevator pitch and the small talk to presenting our business or project to the client and the negotiations. Confident behaviour and good communication are models that can be learnt and gradually built with the help of a proper coach or mentor. They are a means to achieve the set goals, sales, negotiations and improvement of the relationships in one's professional and personal life in the most effective way. Communication is, in fact, one of the most important factors for success in each aspect of one's life.
What are the key words in coaching – potential, values, goals and execution?
Coaching and training unlock the potential of the people in the teams. If the managers make use of them they will uncover the team's core values, will set their goals accordingly and will seek help for their realisation if the team needs additional training.
What is your trainings' main goal and how will participants benefit from them?
The main goal of a communication training is to develop the verbal, nonverbal and paraverbal skills of people in the context of their work environment, to bring more awareness about the manager and the team's strong and weak sides. If the internal communication within the team is good, the company and the team will be successful. If they know how to communicate effectively with their partners and clients, the profits will be significant.
