What is the greatest challenge for your company on the international market?
The management of cultural and language differences and the compliance with the different law systems and business practices in different countries. This is why we constantly develop our intercultural competencies and invest in trainings and know-how exchange between our teams across the globe.
Your professional experience is in finance and HR, but you have now focused on HR. Why?
I gained valuable experience and skills when working in finance but after a long period of reflection I discovered that my true vocation was interaction with people and their professional and personal growth.

Работата във финансовата сфера ми донесе ценен опит и умения, но след дълъг период на анализ открих, че истинското ми призвание е във взаимодействието с хората и техния професионален и личностен растеж.
