The Covid-19 pandemic provoked many people to take more adequate care for their health. What trends among your consumers did you observe?

We definitely experienced a more pronounced aim among consumers to stimulate their immune system and their organism's defence response. Clients often asked us how they can improve their health and which products will be most effective in prevention not only against Covid-19, but also against other viral infections. As we offer products that help in a wide range of diseases demand for them remained high in spite of the extreme conditions caused by the Covid-19 situation. 

What Megasmart products are best to use in the current situation? What are their advances?

I believe that prevention is the best care. It is better to take care of one's health in a regular and systematic manner that to "overdose" on all sorts of products recommended, figuratively speaking, by a Facebook friend.

We recommend a combination of two Megasmart products: Viru Ex and Immunixin with scientifically proven effect in fight against all types of viral infection. Viru Ex activates the body and effectively fights off viruses while Immunixin is a product with powerful immunostimulating and immunomodulating effect. This is definitely the perfect combination. Did the current situation affect your product development plans?

We are a company that plans well in advance and a even a situation that affects the whole world will hardly change our initial plans. Our marketing strategy is based on one, five and 10-year plans. Our finance results allow us to work following the highest standards in product development from the formula's creation to its production and realisation on the Bulgarian and international markets. We cooperate with a number of international partners who have chosen us because of our products' high quality. We cannot change strategy mid-way even in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic.

Do you have new products?

We have a brand new cosmetic line with over 30 products based entirely on organic ingredients. By the end of 2020 we will enlarge our portfolio of food supplements and cosmetics. We are signing contracts with partners on the international markets. 

Last but not least, we are working on a project targeted specifically to low income Bulgarian customers that will give them the opportunity to benefit from high-quality food supplements at a reasonable price.
