Landscaping
We carry out pre-design studies, site surveys, assessments of existing tree and shrub vegetation, phytosanitary evaluations, design, consulting and project management in the field of green construction (landscape architecture). Green roofs are among the types of projects we actively pursue and have successfully implemented.
Architecture
LATT Ltd. conducts building surveys, design, investor supervision and project management for all types of buildings. We develop detailed working-stage solutions and can assess potential defects as soon as they arise.
Philosophy
Our projects harmoniously integrate the surrounding environment with the building itself as we believe this is the path towards sustainable development and a better future. Creating a physical model of the building and its surrounding terrain allows a deeper understanding of the project's essence and helps the client to get a better idea of it.
We actively practice ecological design principles that take into account local climatic, terrain and material conditions, and the maximum use of locally sourced building materials (straw, wood, clay and lime). This makes us optimistic about the future of the coming generations.
Team
Our team includes professionals from all relevant disciplines, enabling us to offer a comprehensive yet highly individualised approach to every project and client. We believe that the project's scale is less important than the dedication and attitude invested in it. For us, a well-considered design makes more than half of the work required for the project's successful realisation.
