The eighth annual interior design awards took place on 13 March
The interior design awards – Dibla Design Awards 2023, organised by the platform dibla.com, were a remarkable achievement. On 13 March 2024, the winners were announced to an audience exceeding 1,200 at Inter Expo Center – Sofia.
Over 100 projects were shortlisted for the competition. They demonstrated the growing popularity of and the increasing trust in interior design in Bulgaria. The competition for the title Designer of the Year is always tight, an evidence for the high and constantly rising level of Bulgarian interior design and the society's desire for a proper environment for its manifestation. This year, the most coveted award went to CACHÈ ATELIER. It was given by SGI Architects & Masterplanners, the last year's winners of the prize.
CACHÈ ATELIER is an architecture studio that creates and designs buildings, interiors and design objects tailored to the needs of its private and business clients. Founded in 2013 by architects Mila Ivanova and Tsvetomir Pavlov, today CACHÈ has worked on projects all over the world.
Dibla will continue creating initiatives that inspire and encourage true professionals in interior design to keep improving, become better, master new knowledge and apply it in their projects so that Bulgarian interior design becomes internationally recognised. This is motivated by the success of the Dibla Design Awards.
