Assoc. Prof. Dr. Elena Dragozova became the Vice-Rector for Accreditation and Rating, Communication Policy, and Career Development at the University of Forestry (UF) in 2024. A graduate of the university herself, she got her PhD in management of landscape architectural activities within urban green systems in 2012. Her scientific research focuses on the economics and management of landscape architecture and the investment process.

What are the university's most popular programmes?

All of our programmes are highly regarded, but some stand out: Forestry, Landscape Architecture, Wood Technology and Furniture, and Veterinary Medicine. Recently we have seen a surge in the demand for courses such as Engineering Design (Interior and Furniture Design), Computer Technologies in the Furniture Industry, Ecology and Environmental Protection, Alternative Tourism, Agronomy and Plant Protection.
