Varbina Nacheva's passion project helps us be more beautiful, healthier and happier

Imagine a space that smells divine of the finest natural perfumes on Earth, a place that emanates tranquillity and welcomes you with warmth and kindness. A space, where you are going to discover a solution for big and small woes that might seem impossible to resolve, but can be actually treated in a gentle, natural way: from unexpected hair loss to weight gain and more.

The Lavender Room is this space. There, the power of essential oils is unleashed to help us look and feel better and healthier.

The Lavender Room is the passion project of Varbina Nacheva – a woman, who had the bravery to venture outside of her successful accounting and payroll services consultancy, AVA Partners.

Varbina got interested in the power of aromas seven years ago and in her trademark ambitious manner, she pursued an extensive education in the field, in Bulgaria and abroad. The turning point that led to the opening of The Lavender Room was an unexplained, and seemingly untreatable, health problem that befell her five years ago.

Slowly, but steadily, by using smart combinations of the right essential oils, Varbina bounced back and is now full with energy and beaming with inner harmony and calm. After she recovered, she made her life's mission to help others discover and benefit from the largely unknown powers of essential oils.

Varbina started this transformation by painting one wall in a small apartment in lavender, a colour that represents female whim and stylish elegance, and whose associated aroma inspires tranquillity and soothes even infants. She then started bringing more lavender colours and items into the space, creating the physical outlines of The Lavender Room.

In this special place, she welcomes visitors and consults them on the essential oils that can transform their lives and move them to a better place, psychologically and physically.

We are so used to big and small brand cosmetics, cleaning products and drugs produced in large industrial facilities that we have forgotten a simple truth: for millennia, humanity had mastered the art of using natural ingredients to effectively care for beauty, hygiene and health.

Essential oils are a true gift of Nature that we sadly overlook in our everyday lives. When used under professional guidance and supervision, they can help us have shiny hair and dewy, unblemished skin. They can clean our homes and clothes, cleanse our bodies from toxins and free us from allergies and all types of everyday problems, including some health-related.

Varbina Nacheva, who is a representative of doTERRA®, a leader in essential oil production, is trained to use a wide variety of essential oils to help solve a range of beauty and health related problems, and more.

In her practice, in The Lavender Room, Varbina consults people who want to establish a healthier beauty routine by teaching them how to take more natural care of their skin and hair, and how to reduce the harmful chemicals in their homes and laundry. Mothers of babies and young children are another significant group that has benefited from The Lavender Room, as Varbina consults them on how to use essential oils to alleviate common malades such as teething pains, colics, fever and upper respiratory conditions. People who want to lose weight will also find help at The Lavender Room, as Varbina and Anahid Galabova, a famed Bulgarian nutritionist and aromatherapist, will offer a selection of essential oils and a tailored nutrition plan that will help them find their slimmer selves. A number of respected holistic professionals partner with The Lavender Room, offering their expertise when needed. Varbina also has connections with top medical professionals for referrals, if the visitor's problem requires this.

At The Lavender Room, essential oil treatment is performed in three ways: as inhalation, topically on the skin and by smelling the aroma, and orally under strict supervision and guidance.

In her practice, Varbina Nacheva uses the full range of essential oils and masterfully knows which of them helps what and how. Here is an non exhaustive list of the essential oils that you will find in The Lavender Room therapies: rosemary, cedar tree, jasmin, ylang-ylang, sandalwood, frankincense, tea tree, wild orange, mint, spearmint, oregano, and, of course, lavender. A born storyteller, Varbina loves sharing additional information about the powers and nature of essential oils, opening to visitors a whole new world of hidden secrets and wonders, of beauty and health.

"It is amazing to see how people who have sought help overwhelmed with a problem start glowing and thriving after a therapy at The Lavender Room," says Varbina Nacheva. The results are so stunning that thanks to word of mouth fame some days the schedule of The Lavender Room is fully packed. Tellingly, another respected aromatherapist has started calling Varbina The Lavender Fairy, the nickname has stuck. Consultations are free and you are welcome to visit.
