The classical facade with a coating and travertine stone has 10 cm insulation, and the walls are 25 cm thick, of Wienerberger Porotherm 25 N+F bricks. The walls between the apartments are 25 cm thick Wienerberger Porotherm N+F bricks, and the ones in the apartments are of Wienerberger Porotherm 12 N+F bricks. The innovative PVC window frames SALAMANDER bluEvolution are certified for passive and low-energy buildings, with excellent heat and sound insulating properties. The 6-person Schindler lifts are noiseless, and the shared spaces are luxury, after a designer's project. The building's security will be guaranteed by high-technology equipment, CCTV and access control.
