The Reynaers Aluminium window frames with triple glazing provide excellent sound and thermal insulation. The thickness of the exterior insulation ranges from 12 cm to 15 cm, contributing to low energy costs. The facade's decorative lighting enhances the architecture at night, giving the building a distinct identity. The video intercom system ensures enhanced resident safety.

The complex has central heating with the option for individual air conditioning, thanks to pre-installed piping connections. The apartments are delivered according to BDS (Bulgarian State Standard).

The two-level underground parking offers 242 parking spaces, along with storage rooms and bicycle parking, providing extra convenience and direct access to the building.
