Mariyan Genchev is a mentor in entrepreneurship with 20+ years of corporate experience. He has a PhD in management and engineering and leads mentorship programmes in leadership, management and entrepreneurship. He has consulted a number of companies and has significant experience in helping individuals and organisations to achieve their goals.

The mentor programmes in MG Academy, which he created, provide practical advice and support to entrepreneurs and business leaders, help them to identify their strong and weak sides and potential, and give them the tools and strategies needed to overcome challenges and reach their goals.

Can you tell us more about the five types of corporate trainings at MG Academy, directed towards different organisational roles?

We, at MG Academy, are aware of the different needs of corporate professionals, this is why we offer specialised programmes for five organisational roles: employees, managers, leaders, top managers and entrepreneurs. Each programme is tailored with a focus on the development of skills and competencies key for the particular role to encourage professional growth and the success of the organisation.

Most often, companies choose trainings that aim at developing new skills; trainings for developing existing talents; and individual mentorship for top managers and business owners.

Until a couple of years ago the most popular were standard and specially customised trainings. Currently we see growing interest in individual coaching and mentoring programmes that offer personalised approach and flexibility.

Can you elaborate more on the individual mentoring programmes at MG Academy.

We, at MG Academy, developed mentoring programmes for managers, leaders and entrepreneurs. Each of them, besides a theoretical and a practical part, includes a year of free individual mentoring consultations for long-term support and encouragement of participants' continued growth.
