CHÂTEAU COPSA: FINE WINE AND ELEGANT LUXURY IN THE VALLEY OF ROSES

Located in the heart of the Valley of Roses, Château Copsa is a family winery where the owners, the Mikovs, oversee the whole process of winemaking – from the grapes to the bottling, with affection, patience and dedication

They have brought this level of dedication to the luxury accommodation at the winery's premises, in the majestic castle Château Copsa and the boutique art hotel with restaurant Maison Copsa. The result is an alternative and discreet oasis for urban people, where they can indulge in the slow rhythm of life among the beauty of the Rose Valley.

Château Copsa: Sophisticated interior

The castle has four boutique rooms and one deluxe suite and panoramic lounge zone. If you love old-time atmosphere and the aromas of wine, book a table at La Cave restaurant and enjoy its special dishes that excite the palate and bring in the feel of power and authority.

Maison Copsa: Emotions from ancient times

Maison Copsa skilfully mixes tradition, modernity and creativity. The hotel has 19 rooms, two junior suites, a penthouse suite and a deluxe apartment, designed according to the modern concept of open space. The artistic Zelanos restaurant offers a novel interpretation of the modern and the traditional, and the menu reflects the global trend for lighter meals.

Wine tastings

The wine tastings at Château Copsa are an exciting experience. The winery's oenologists have developed a special selection of different varieties, brands and vintages according to their distinctive characteristics to represent Château Copsa's wide range of wines.

Entertainment & fun

Château Copsa offers wonderful conditions for nature exploration, outdoor activities and events such as carriage rides, hang gliding, paragliding, horse riding and lift ride, car shows, test drives and painting with wine. The winery celebrates the rose picking season and the grape harvest, and can organize corporate and private events.
