The architectural silhouette of the 106-meter building will skillfully follow the shapes of mountain crystals to complement the contours of the capital's skyline. Complex shapes and bold vision are achieved with an effective combination of different ETEM systems and detailed solutions to meet the challenges without losing functionality.
Several ETEM façade solutions have been used to build the "futuristic" building envelope of the NV Tower, with the main volumes being implemented with the E99 modular façade system. It is successfully combined with other products from ETEM's portfolio: suspended facade E85, solution for ventilation valves E68VV, E75FD - modern solutions for main entrances of buildings, sun protection system E66, as well as ventilated facade systems.
The choice of the E99 system is not accidental - it is already part of the complex geometry of one of the emblematic office buildings in Sofia Capital Fort. E99 is designed to meet specific regional factors, ensuring reliable operation even in the most adverse weather and natural influences. It is designed in response to the requirements for heavy horizontal and vertical loads, which makes it suitable for skyscrapers and projects with serious architectural challenges.
In the "tower" NV Tower is introduced for the first time the solution for ventilation valves E68VV, which is extremely important for a balanced indoor environment and effectively solves one of the main problems of tall buildings - the enrichment of interiors with fresh air. Fresh air will be introduced into the building through the ventilation valves in the interior of the NV Tower.
The multifunctional common spaces and the modern interior are a natural continuation of the eye-catching building envelope with richly landscaped roofs and facades. The futuristic vision and complex functionality are successfully connected through the best system solutions of ETEM. And the NV Tower project claims to be the new architectural contribution to the modern cityscape of Sofia.
