TOP-DIAGNOSTICS Ltd embodies the future of laboratory diagnostics
For almost three decades, TOP-DIAGNOSTICS has offered on the Bulgarian market modern, innovative in vitro diagnostic equipment, products and services, and is the preferred partner of the best hospitals and labs in the country. Two ladies are a vital part of the company's team – the managing partner Branimira Momchilova and Krasimira Koleva, manager Sales and International Relations with a BSc from King's College London.
TOP-DIAGNOSTICS was established over 25 years ago. What was the greatest challenge you had to deal with back then?
TOP-DIAGNOSTICS started as a leader in distribution of diagnostic equipment for coalugulometry, blood gas analysis, immunology, hematology, biochemistry and acute care.
The biggest challenge was to build trust in these new technologies and to implement innovations in automated diagnostics. We were the first in Bulgaria with a quality certificate and were among the first distributors of leading manufacturers of equipment with high class quality control.
We built the company thanks to the owners' medical expertise and background in finance.
We were aware that successful healthcare is built on the shared work of doctors, labs and equipment distributors. This is why our focus has always been on providing professionals with the best analyzers. Because at the end of the chain are always the patients – and we all work for them.
Today, we continue to expand our international partnerships and to invest in new technologies and systems for work process optimisation to remain leaders in Bulgaria and abroad.

TOP-DIAGNOSTICS стартира като лидер в дистрибуцията на диагностична апаратура за коагулация, кръвно-газов анализ, имунология, хематология, биохимия и acute care.

Най-голямото предизвикателство беше да изградим доверие към новите технологии и да внедрим иновации в автоматизираната диагностика. Бяхме първите в България със сертификат за качество и сред първите дистрибутори на водещи производители на апаратура с високо ниво на качествен контрол.
Изградихме компанията благодарение на медицинската експертиза и финансовото образование на собствениците.
Знаехме, че успешното здравеопазване се гради върху съвместната работа на лекари, лаборатории и доставчици на технологии. Затова нашият фокус винаги е бил да осигурим на специалистите най-добрите анализатори, защото в края на веригата винаги стои пациентът – човекът, за когото всички работим.
Днес продължаваме да разширяваме международните си партньорства и да инвестираме в нови технологии и системи за оптимизиране на работните процеси, за да останем лидер в България и на международната сцена.
