Why did you decide that Azat should offer a complex service?

While we were in the process of establishing the company we decided to offer complex services to our clients. The management and maintenance of a building includes many and diverse activities that require different contacts and partners. In our vision, each service should be performed by competent people and companies. This is why we developed a vast network of trusted subcontractors and partners with whom we can offer quality solutions to each problem or case. Currently, we are expanding our activity by starting offering services for management of individual properties as well. With the growth of platforms such as Airbnb the real estate rental market is gaining additional potential and we are definitely attracted to the available opportunities to make the most of it.

Which are the core components of your complex service?

Complex services have many components, but I would single out three as core ones: keeping the client informed, transparency and professionalism. In our modern world, with all the technologies that we have at our disposal, one of our main priorities is to offer the full information to all of our clients, regardless of whether they actually live in the property, rent it or live abroad. The software that we use allows each of our clients to access a clients' platform where they can find the information they need.

By growing our business in Bulgaria, we are perfectly aware that we can win our clients' trust and to establish lasting relations only if we are as transparent as possible in how we manage their money. We have no intention to obscure book keeping - on the contrary, we try to simplify the processes so that each owner can track what happens with the bills and where the money they have paid has gone.

How do you guarantee its quality?

We have two main principles that help us to improve the quality of our services. The first is being proactive. We do not wait for a problem to reach its acute phase to solve it properly; instead, we try to foresee what will happen next and to offer an adequate solution. The second one is connected to communication and asking for feedback. For us it is crucial to hear the client's opinion and recommendations. This is how we collect the information we need to react on time and to solve the case in question.

В съвременния свят с всички технологии, които са на разположение, един от основните ни приоритети е да предоставяме цялата информация на всички наши клиенти, независимо дали живеят в сградата, дават обектите си под наем или изобщо не са в България. Софтуерът, с който работим, предлага възможност на всеки заинтересован наш клиент да достъпи до клиентска платформа, където може да открие търсената информация.

Развивайки бизнеса си в България, ние сме пределно наясно, че можем да спечелим доверието на нашите клиенти и да установим дългосрочни отношения само, ако сме максимално прозрачни в управлението на техните финанси. Не се стремим умишлено да усложняваме финансовата отчетност, а напротив – опитваме се да опростим процесите, така че всеки собственик или обитател да има възможност да проследи какво се случва със сметките на етажната собственост и къде отиват платените от него средства.

Как гарантирате качеството ѝ?

Имаме два основни принципа, с помощта на които се опитваме да повишим качеството на нашите услуги. Първият е свързан с това да бъдем инициативни и проактивни. Не чакаме даден проблем да стигне до крайната си фаза преди да се захванем с него, а се опитваме да предвидим случващото се и да предложим адекватно решение. Вторият е свързан с комуникацията и търсенето на обратна връзка. За нас е изключително важно да чуем мнението и препоръките на всеки клиент. Така получаваме необходимата информация, за да предложим своевременна реакция и да разрешим дадения казус.
