Over 40 tour companies will debut on the 37th edition of Holiday Spa & Expo in Sofia, including representatives from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kenya and France.

Holiday Spa & Expo will take place at Inter Expo Center Sofia between 13 and 16 February. Burgas Municipality will be the official partner of the fair that has established itself throughout the years as one of the biggest tourism events in Bulgaria. Tour companies and hotels from Bursa, Turkey's fourth largest city, will promote the region as a destination for holiday and travel.

Traditionally, Holiday Spa & Expo is organised under the aegis of Bulgaria's Tourism Ministry. Over 20 municipalities and NGOs featured at Bulgaria's national stand will demonstrate to prospective travellers some of the most attractive tourism regions in the country.

A major accent of the international event will be discussions and meetings between representatives of the national and local governmental bodies, hotel owners and managers, international investors, the media and experts. Bulgaria's place on the international tourist map will be discussed during the 7th annual meeting of the National Tourism Board during the fair. Tourism Minister Nikolina Angelkova, Economy Minister Emil Karanikolov, Social Minister Denitsa Sacheva, Sofia Mayor Yordanka Fandakova, MPs and national and international experts are expected to participate. Professionals can also take part in discussions about the future of tourism.

All visitors will be challenged, too. On 15 February, Saturday, will be the Hunt for Holiday Day with a lot of games, surprises and incredibly attractive travel offers for desired destinations at optimal prices.

In short, from 13 to 16 February, Holiday Spa & Expo is the place for everyone who loves travelling.
