La Bottega is the producer of hotel cosmetics and guest amenities for the best hotel chains in the world such as Four Seasons, St Regis, One&Only, Marriott, Mandarin Oriental and others. I am very happy that they chose LAREN for their official representative in Bulgaria. We already offer on the local market the brands Bottega Veneta, ETRO, Roberto Cavalli, Acqua Dell'Elba, Natura Bissé, Trussardi, Diptyque, Fragonard and others. Bulgarian hotels are definitely interested because a growing number of managers realise the importance of guest amenities.
What are the world trends in hotel cosmetics and guest amenities?
Many hotels replace their personalised hotel cosmetics with brand one. This option is better for both guests and hotel managers. On the one hand guests are familiar with the brand that they are going to use during their stay at the hotel, and on the other, hotel managers are not obliged to purchase large amounts of products.
Another trend are the ECO Green cartons of recycled materials and biodegradable bottles. The use of dispensers is gaining popularity, but it actually does not save product, on the contrary. Besides, individual cosmetics show much greater care for the guest.
What is the favourite brand of Bulgarian consumers?
It is hard to answer. It depends on the type of the hotel, its location and furnishing... Hotels with more modern interiors prefer fine perfumery brands such as Trussardi, Roberto Cavalli, Fragonard. Winter resorts have affinity towards ETRO, Natura Bissé, Grown Alchemist, and summer ones to brands such as Acqua Dell'Elba, Panier des Sens.
Are these brands affordable for the Bulgarian hotel manager?
