Completely transformed. This is how since September Inter Expo Center is greeting its guests and partners, after the end of a complete overhaul that lasted several months.

With its history spanning 50 years and thousands of projects, Inter Expo Center is the preferred location for events of different scale and type. "Sometimes traditions have to change, too," was the motto of the new platform's transformation. The overhaul cost almost 1.5 million leva and started in early June with a special Demolition Party attended by over 200 representatives of Bulgaria's event industry.

"This is the first large-scale transformation of Inter Expo Center since 2009. This is an important step for us because it will allow us to keep our leading position and will help us to meet the ever-increasing standards expected by our clients and partners," commented Ivaylo Ivanov, Manager of Inter Expo Center.

Modernisation and mulitfunctionality are the key characteristics that describe best the renovated event centre. Vitosha Hall is completely transformed, equipped in accordance with the latest trends in audio and visual technology. Acoustics and lightning are also modernised and the interactive options are upgraded. Rhodope Hall is changed to a spaces that is easy to transform for a range of events. A moveable wall will allow the foyer to become a part of it, too, increasing significantly the space.

"As early as the beginning of September we welcomed the first events of the autumn calendar in the renovated halls, which can be rented. A surprise for our guests and partners will be the Open Doors Day allowing them to get to know in greater detail with the renovated spaces," announced Yoan Mladenov, Deputy Manager of Inter Expo Center.
