The Executive Chef Andrey Stoilov will welcome you to the culinary world of love with fantasies for all senses united in his Passion Menu: Norwegian smoked salmon with Amaranth popcorn and curry cauliflower on quinoa salad and arugula leaves; Terrine of foie gras with raisins and truffle flavour with Brioche bread and mix of salads in fig vinaigrette; Veal medallions with Rodopi cepes mushrooms cream with potato gratin, honey carrots and asparagus in vanilla oil. At the final, the dessert of Lime and strawberry mascarpone cake with French macaron and black raspberry biscuit will really melt you.
No stylish dinner on 14 February can go without the magic of wine. White, red or rosé– a bottle of the elixir is included in the dinner price for the couple.
