The foundation aims to help talented children from Yambol to unleash their potential in sports, education and arts.
"The investment in the future of the young is among our major priorities," said Mr Hampartsumyan during the award ceremony. "We are making efforts to create the best environment for them and their opportunities for future realisation. I want to tell these young people, that the most important thing for being successful is personal motivation and aspiration to outperform yourself."
UniCredit Bulbank's strategy for helping young people in Bulgaria also includes partnerships with Together in Class Foundation for offering education to each Bulgarian child. The bank supports the Manager For A Day initiative and together with www.kosher.bg works with the My Bank of the Future programme for students. Each year, UniCredit Bulbank has 400 student traineeships, offering jobs to 25-30 percent of the participants. The bank also works with the Get Ready 2 Work project for integration of disadvantaged young people.
UniCredit Bulbank's contemporary art gallery helps young artists to make their fist exhibitions and to create their first catalogues.
