Until 21 February scent of Thailand enriches the atmosphere of the top-tier hotel

The sweet aroma of lemon grass and of sticky rice, the rich tastes of a tom yam soup and of pad thai rice noodles: if you miss Thai food or if you want to discover its grand variety, don't miss the opportunity the Hilton Sofia presents you. The hotel together with the Tourism Authority of Thailand – Balkan Representative Office and the Royal Thai Consulate in Bulgaria are organising the traditional Thai Food Festival.

Until 21 February, traditional Thai delicacies are prepared by two amazing chefs. Chaiyasith Srichom is the Executive Chef of the Athenee Palace Bucharest Hilton and Andre Tokev is Hilton Sofia's.

The range of noodles, grilled meats and exotic salads is served at Thai buffet every evening, the price for person is 49 leva.

If you are still at a loss on how to celebrate 14 February, then have a Thai St Valentine! The Hilton has organised love-themed Thai buffet prepared by guest chef Chaiyasith Srichom for 55 leva per person, including a glass of wine and a special surprise for the ladies.

There is music, too. Until 15 February Ginnarie, the traditional Thai dance trio, is entertaining the guests of the Hilton.
